#StaySafe #StayHome

Note: Proper sanitize your hand, wear mask when go outside.

So 5 things you can do during this lockdown
1. Deep Clean Your House
2. Try A Fitness Challenge
3. Cook Something New
4. Play Something New
5. Learn A Language

1. Deep clean your house

Time becomes fancy, and filth and noise will rapidly make up. During this lockdown sanatize your house, deep clean your house.  With our thick improvement list, you’ll stay capable to make the house at tiptop pattern throughout the year. We’ll show you all the spots that need attention on a seasonal basis, complete with deep cleaning tips for each space to give your home a fresh start. With some exceptions (like cleaning up your kitchen, changing out your sheets and bath towels and vacuuming rugs) this checklist can be followed every three to four months. You should be giving your home a thorough clean as the seasons change, with special attention to spring cleaning once cold and flu season is wrapping up.

2. Try a fitness challenge

Need one more ambitious system? You might take the 28-day shape situation. Have general meaning, Although, sooner than blindly take what you see online. Ask with the physician before you undertake any physical activity. (I have lived long enough in a sue-happy society to know to cover one’s ass with such disclaimers.) Install a home gym — so that I don’t have to factor in additional time in commutes to and from a commercial gym — and work out with free weights at least once a week. I had a TuffStuff power cage installed in my Seattle garage years ago. A power cage it will be again, by the end of lockdown. I prefer free weights, which work well with a power rack, although others may prefer a multi-station gym. Must try a fitness challenge.

3. Cook something new

Usually, I do detailed and warm repasts from cooking fashions from across this Indian landmass. We all love food and this is the very best time to prepared new food. I applied to face ahead to preparation thing original every time because preparation in home was my practice ground for the work I do. However, now, lunches comprise not more than rice, dal and a simple thoran (a Kerala dish) , and sometimes egg curry. Meals are no longer time-consuming and cooking has now become a chore and that is not something I am familiar with. But every time I find myself fidgeting, I remind myself of all the instances when I wished for more time. I have been trying to make the most of these days with things that bring me joy — trying out recipes without the pressure of cooking for an audience, working out, speaking to people whose voices I haven’ ’t heard in a long time (thanks to all things new in technology) .

4. Play indoor games

Betting inside or outside games with one’s house members facilitates create more potent kinships. Betting inside games much as Ludo, carom card, cheat and different card games with our family members is a good way to spend quality time with them and strengthen our bond. These are a few such games that people of any age can play easily and enjoy. Indulging in outdoor sports and games such as badminton, hide and seek, cricket, etc with our family members is an equally good way to bond with them.

5. Learn a Language

Maybe you’ve paused to take the recent word because you’re upset about this experience loyalty. Or Perhaps you’ve seen it’s more challenging to learn a language as an adult. Set these common misconceptions about learning languages aside because research suggests that your ability to learn a language is mostly a matter of practice, building confidence through speaking, and contextualizing your learning.
